Ayia Napa Padel Club – Rules and Code of Conduct

To ensure the best possible experience for all players and guests, we kindly ask everyone to follow these simple but important rules both on the courts and around the club:

๐ŸŸ๏ธ On and Around the Courts

  • โœ… Respect other players – Fair play, good sportsmanship, and positive vibes only.
  • ๐Ÿšฎ Put all garbage in the bins provided – Keep our beautiful club clean for everyone.
  • ๐Ÿงด No glass is allowed on or near the courts – Use plastic or metal bottles only.
  • ๐Ÿšญ No smoking or vaping inside the court area.
  • ๐Ÿ‘Ÿ Wear appropriate shoes – Only non-marking indoor or padel shoes are allowed on court.
  • ๐Ÿ•’ Arrive on time for your booking – Your time starts and ends at the booked slot.
  • ๐ŸŽพ Treat the equipment facilities with care – Damage from misuse will be charged.

๐Ÿ“… Booking and Cancellation Policy

To keep things fair and organized, the following rules apply to all court bookings and private trainings:

โฑ๏ธ Court Bookings:

  • Cancellations or changes must be made at least 48 hours in advance.
  • Bookings cancelled or changed less than 48 hours before the start time are non-refundable and non-transferable.

๐Ÿง‘ Private Trainings:

  • Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
  • Cancellations or changes within 24 hours of the session will be fully charged.

โš ๏ธ Note: The cancellation policy also applies if you wish to change a booking or a private training session to another time.
